Simply more personal reflection on the mechanics of writing, the potential of the author, and the creative process.
“Contradictions must be solved”, that is a terrifying truth. What is an author? The public immolation of the innermost aspects of a man. The spectacle of bright flame, revealing to the reader in subsequent works, overall themes which reveal those innermost qualities and conflicts and declare before the audience a quality of discourse yet unbroached by the whole of man.
Its public intellectual immolation for the author,
Very few reach such potentials of consideration by any majority of man.
Authors are burned into us, and themselves are lanced clean from the surface of their own creations as the new discourse is rooted in the public soul (whom time then owns instead.
Such contradictions are required of the public revelation of genius (in an authors work), but are also the root of the authors limitation, as the masses seek to define his ongoing role in the course of their own struggles.
